Historic architecture, stained glass, a true pipe organ and a new sound system make  

Iroquois Avenue Christ Lutheran Church  the perfect location for your wedding or other event.

The $1,200 Wedding Package includes use of:

   The Sanctuary for Rehearsal and Wedding

   Dressing Room, with Large Mirror, for Bride and Bride's Maids

   Dressing Room for Groom and Groom's Men

   Coat Room and Narthex

   Pipe Organ, Grand Piano, and Church Sound System

   Attractively Fenced Parking Lot with Security Guard

 

Custodian will be present during rehearsal and wedding.

He will set up and take down candleholders, move chairs

and tables, and help in the arrangement of the church as

needed. Other services  may be arranged for an additional fee.

 

The pastor’s fee and  the organist's fee are negotiated separately. 

You may arrange for your own minister, judge or other officiate.  

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required  on signing  

The remaining $1,000 is due two weeks before the wedding.

Would you like to have your wedding reception at the church?

The large and small lounges  together seat over a hundred and twenty people.

Rental for both lounges and the first floor kitchen is only an additional $200. 

You may bring in your own caterer, food, and wine. 

We would be happy to help you plan your special day.

 

Rentals of Sanctuary 

The use of the sanctuary for a memorial service, performance, or other event  is $1,000 for three hours.

Included is use of the sanctuary, grand piano, pipe organ, church sound system, and parking lot.

Custodian will be present before the service to move tables, chairs, and make arrangements in the sanctuary.  

He will also help as needed through out the event. The fee of $1,000 must be paid in advance.

A security guard may be hired for $15.00 per hour, payable in cash, on the day of the event.

Other Rentals

Large Lounge, seats 90 people, includes set up of tables and chairs: $100, first 3 hours, $25 each additional hour

Small Lounge, seats 40 people, includes set up of table and chairs: $50, for first 3 hours, $15 each additional hour

Gymnasium: $30 an hour

First floor kitchen ,in addition to rental of lounge:  $50 for first 3 hours, $25 each additional hour

Parking lot ONLY: $100, first 3 hours, $25 each additional hour.

All rentals include use of parking lot. 
Checks should be made payable to "Iroquois Ave. Christ Lutheran Church."

Full payment must be received two weeks before the event.
The renter agrees to hold the church harmless and not liable

for personal injury, loss or damage of personal property during the event.
